Although the hype is real about our high-quality ingredients, we always recommend consulting your physician about the use of our products during pregnancy or while nursing. Patch Testing ?

Patch testing is very wise to do with all beauty products (hair, body, yoni, and skincare products). If any adverse reaction occurs cease use. *Please note that adverse reactions are rare and are not common.
Avoid getting the product into eyes or mouth, for external use only, unless as indicated on directions. If contact occurs rinse thoroughly several times with clean water. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.


Patch Test Instructions:
Choose a small, discreet patch of skin on your body, such as a wrist or behind an ear. Apply a small amount of product, rub it in, and allow it to dry. Cover with a band-aid for accelerated testing. Do not wash that area for at least 24 hours and watch for signs of a reaction such as abnormal redness or irritation. If an adverse reaction occurs discontinue use.

We do not offer expedited ordering, because we do not use pre-made products to fill our orders. We make them all in house, in small batches, as they are ordered.

With that being said please allow up to 3-10 business days to recieve a tracking number. I use this time to create your product to ensure freshness after the handmade process is done, then products are packaged up and shipping label is then sent. We encourage to purchase route shipping insurance with your order.

 DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home AiriLasha Co. cannot be responsible. Claims must be made with the post office or route shipping insurance. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Unfortunately, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged we will give you a discount on your replacement order.


INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:


If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS or UPS! Once a package leaves our facility to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional customs fees we have no control over this. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.


INVALID ADDRESS:


If you make a mistake on the address and the package and it is returned to the sender we will refund you minus a convenience fee. Please be careful when typing the address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS Or UPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, full payment, or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

You can cancel a fully or partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
