We do not offer expedited ordering, because we do not use pre-made products to fill our orders. We make them all in house, in small batches, as they are ordered.

Please Be Advised That I Am Only One Person Operating this business and all products are handmade and packaged by me with love and ensuring all products meet quality standards. With that being said please allow up to 3-10 business days to recieve a tracking number. I use this time to create your product to ensure freshness after the handmade process is done, then products are packaged up and shipping label is then sent. We encourage to purchase route shipping insurance with your order.

Common Shipping times are 3-5 business days but ensure you check your tracking number shipping companies are great at keeping you informed if your shipping will arrive earlier, delayed and so much more.

We Are Not Responsible For Incorrect Addresses, Please Double Check Before Submitting Order. If package is returned You Are Responsible For Reshipment Fees. AiriLasha Co. Is Not Responsible For Import Taxes Or Duties.

 DAMAGED/LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package is lost/stolen after being delivered to the post office or while you are home AiriLasha Co. cannot be responsible. Claims must be made with the post office or route shipping insurance. Once you receive a tracking number it is your responsibility to contact the post office about issues regarding your package. Unfortunately, we have no information about your package. Once given to the post office they would be of better assistance to you. However, if your package is damaged we will give you a discount on your replacement order.


INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:


If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS or UPS! Once a package leaves our facility to go to your country the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional customs fees we have no control over this. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges that may be imposed by the destination country.


INVALID ADDRESS:


If you make a mistake on the address and the package and it is returned to the sender we will refund you minus a convenience fee. Please be careful when typing the address we would hate for you to repay for shipping. You do not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to USPS Or UPS and if your product was sent out/ scanned in a facility they will not refund the postal fee.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, full payment, or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 

You can cancel a fully or partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
